I need a really room of my own

I need a room of my own which is large for a big shelf, a large bed, a simple coffee table, a writing table, a large window which has a balcony, a two or three seats sofa, and a comfortable chair for sitting in a sunny morning with a cup of coffee, also a nice book. Just enjoy it!

Maybe 20 square meters is enough, a small living room with a kitchen, a restroom, a bedroom. The living room can be together with the bedroom, and then I can separate them by a DIY folding screen. I don’t need a wardrobe, because I’ll hand out the T shirts, blouses, skirts, short pants on a stick, and put some trousers on a three floors wooden-shelf which covered by a dots cloth.

I want some one share the rent with me, maybe a man, a girl is OK. We live in different rooms, but we can share something together, the living room, the kitchen, but not intervened in each other’s life.

The room should be lasted till my marriage; if possible, I hope I can keep it for a longer time. Sometimes we can have a vocation there for fun.
